Terms and Conditions – ein786 Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ein786 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the ein786 website, mobile application, and any related services including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Casino games, and account management functions.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any game on the ein786 platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms — though please note that sharing your account is itself a breach of the rules outlined in Section 3.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ein786.

2 Eligibility

To use the ein786 platform you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual, not as a legal entity or on behalf of a corporate body.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether initiated by yourself or by the platform.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not as a professional or commercial activity.
• You must be the legitimate holder of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals on the platform.

ein786 reserves the right to request identity verification, age verification or proof of payment ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances held may be forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Your account credentials (username, password, PIN) are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. ein786 will never ask for your full password via email or chat support.
• You must notify ein786 promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account sharing — allowing any other person to place bets, access games or conduct transactions using your account — is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally initiated it, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in advance.

ein786 may ask for verification documents including CNIC, utility bills or payment records at any stage. This is standard practice and is done to protect the integrity of player accounts and the platform as a whole.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ein786 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard banking channels
• Debit and credit cards — where supported by your bank
• Mobile wallets — other supported wallet providers as listed in your account dashboard

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take longer depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks and standard processing times. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. If a mismatch is detected, the withdrawal will be held pending verification.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity on ein786, including Cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals, Football and other sports markets:

• B ets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is accepted, the odds are locked and cannot be changed regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed within the betting interface before confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets on Cricket and PSL are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for data feed latency. Bets placed during this window are accepted at the platform's discretion.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market, as outlined in the Betting Rules section of the platform.
• PSL and international Cricket session lines, over/under markets and player prop bets each have their own settlement criteria which are published separately within the Sports section.
• ein786 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where there is clear evidence of error in the odds offered.
• Bet combinations (accumulators, system bets) are settled based on the individual outcomes of each selection. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that selection.

Disputes regarding bet settlement should be raised with customer support within 30 days of the event outcome. Settlement decisions made after a full review are final.

6 Casino and Slots

These rules apply to all RNG Casino games, Live Casino tables and Slots available on the ein786 platform:

• All Casino and Slots games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics depending on the game type. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for Slots are published within the game information panel.
• Live Casino tables — including Live Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack and Teen Patti — operate with real dealers via HD video stream. Bet limits per table are displayed before you join.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome already determined by the game server or live dealer will stand. ein786 is not liable for bets affected by your own internet or device issues.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round. Where a malfunction is confirmed on the platform side, affected stakes will be refunded to your account balance.
• Playing Casino or Slots games with bonus funds is subject to the contribution rules described in Section 7.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

ein786 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bets and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus wagering, after meeting the required rollover, are eligible for withdrawal.
• Each promotion has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering on Sports Betting, Casino and Slots games contributes toward the rollover at different rates. Live Casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all for certain bonuses — the contribution rate is listed in each promotion's details.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Requesting a new bonus before completing an active one will forfeit the current bonus.
• ein786 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in before a cancellation will be given reasonable notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play or other abusive strategies will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

8 Fair Play Policy

ein786 is committed to providing a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing knowledge: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting outcome.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures, odds discrepancies or promotion mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen card details, compromised JazzCash or Easypaisa accounts, or any other unauthorised payment method to fund deposits.
• Identity fraud: Registering or operating an account using another person's identity or documentation.

If you suspect another player of engaging in any of the above activities, please report it to customer support. All reports are investigated confidentially.

9 Responsible Gaming

ein786 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides the following tools, all accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• PKR Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in Rupees to stay within your personal budget.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or permanently. During an exclusion, account access and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Bet History: Review a full record of your betting and gaming activity at any time to stay informed of your spending patterns.

10 Privacy and Data

• Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data including deposit and withdrawal records is retained for the period required by applicable record-keeping standards.

11 Suspension and Termination

ein786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable belief that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive or illegal purposes.
• Verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe.
• The account shows patterns consistent with problem gambling and the player has not responded to responsible gaming outreach.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings generated through prohibited activity will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds not associated with bonus abuse will be returned after verification, subject to applicable checks.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance processed as a final withdrawal.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, ein786's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• ein786 is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions, device failures or connectivity issues on the player's side that affect bet placement, game outcomes or withdrawal processing.
• ein786 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player sharing account credentials or failing to keep login details secure.
• The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. Notice will be provided where possible.
• In cases of genuine platform error resulting in incorrect odds or game outcomes, ein786's liability is limited to refunding the original stake placed on the affected bet or game round.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where limitation is not permitted.

13 Changes to These Terms

ein786 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or phone number associated with their account, or via a platform notification displayed at login.

Continued use of the platform after a change notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
